IT Service Desk Specialist (f/m) 100%
Your responsibilities
Taking care of the first & second level support as well as the help line
Prioritize and coordinate all support cases with internal and external stakeholders
Manage mobile subscription service
Create documentations and knowledge base articles for problem solutions, system setups and validations
Support Projects within the user service environment
Maintain and develop parts of the software distribution solution
Organize and execute movements of IT hardware
Setting up and maintaining the computer hardware
Maintain and develop parts of the ITSM tool
Your qualifications
Computer scientist (Informatiker EFZ) or equivalent
2-5 years experience after apprenticeship
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Team working skills
Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
Good English skills (spoken and written)
strong communication skills
De-escalating personality
Self-motivated and target oriented
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
