Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Act as engagement manager for external and internal IT audits, assurance and advisory projects covering financial services system landscapes, IT-supported business processes, analytics and technology innovation


• Manage engagement teams on client projects (allocate work packages, engagement execution, mentor staff) and play a key role in driving the high performance team spirit


• Develop continuously your knowledge and expertise in technology domains and as such you help our clients and KPMG to stay innovative


• Collaborate closely with other KPMG teams both in Switzerland and internationally while working on multidisciplinary projects


• Generate independently new business through proactive relationship building and solution development

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business informatics combined with CISA certification or similar


• 5-7 years of experience in the performance of IT risk audits, ideally in a Big4 company


• Technical expertise in SAP (e.g. HANA, GRC or Access control)


• Strong experience with Data Protection audits in the Financial Services field congruent with local regulations according Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) is required


• Well-founded risk & compliance know-how and excellent understanding of technology trends and innovation, knowledge with SOX and/or COBIT would be a big asset


• Experience in leading small, medium-sized and large engagements and teams


• Fluency in German and English is crucial for this role


• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad on client engagements
