BSA - Bobst Mex SAApply nowWorking within Bobst Mex BU Services Supply Chain, you will be in charge of the urgent and expedited spare parts Sourcing team. The team is responsible for purchasing spare parts to meet customer orders of non-available parts, throughout our dedicated spare parts inventories globally. Your mission consists in managing and developing our Service Parts Sourcing team, continuously improving our processes and suppliers panel, in close collaboration with other stakeholders in the group. The baseline responsibility is to buy parts to fulfil these Customers orders within On Time in Full target . The scope includes “machine down – urgent” orders.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic
Develop end to end processes, and associated Key Performances Indicators to bridge supply and customers’ promises
Deploy and implement Bobst Rapid Sourcing strategy
Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance deliverables
Ensure business continuity by recruiting, training, developing and motivating a strong team of 10 people
Operational
Completing quotes for specific Customers requests
Monitoring customer orders backlog:
Ensure appropriate actions and follow up to reduce backlog as much as possible
Manage prioritization
Proactive Warnings and Escalations
Deal and respond to short leadtime request
Overseeing the “Machine Down – Urgent” activity
Managing parts procurement to guarantee full availability
Managing and developing our Rapid Sourcing suppliers base
Interfacing with :
Order Fulfillment team representing our sales organization world wide
Planning & Procurement team
External & Internal suppliers for specific or short leadtime procurement
Support teams such as Purchasing ; Industrialization, Technical Analysis; R&D, Master Data
Managing Equipment Retrofit coordination at Supply Chain level
Management
Managing a team of 10 specialists
Leading regular objectives reviews
Managing projects / initiatives within the service
Being the interface towards internal services, solving blocked situation
Managing and/or building processes, defining roles and responsibilities with key internal stakeholders.
Profile
5 to 10 years’ experience in similar role/activity
Master's degree from Engineering School or proved experience in the industry
Advanced French and English, oral and writing skills (C1 level minimum)
Proven track record in several of these fields :
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Production Planning & Control SAP PP, MM or SD is a plus
MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) procurement for :
Industrial equipment & machinery
Mechanical and electrical parts
Supply Chain best practices :
APICS – Basics or better certification appreciated
Demonstrated skills in data analysis, supported by demonstrated capability to manage :
ERP extractions / queries
Mastering Excel Pivot Tables
Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
Continuous improvement oriented :
Lean certification appreciated
