What do we do?

Doodle sells advertising mainly through the programmatic channel. To keep building the programmatic part, we are looking for an experienced Yield Manager for the global market mainly in the USA based either in NYC, Zurich or Berlin.



As a Yield Manager, you will be responsible for the performance optimization of Doodle ad placements, utilizing technology platform Google and other networks. A main goal is to develop a deep understanding of behavior on devices to drive engagement and awareness with brands.



The Yield Manager will be responsible for selling international advertising across the programmatic channels. This Yield Manager will work with clients and advertising agencies and networks internationally, to focus on monetizing video and display inventory across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic display and video sales as well as strong negotiating skills and marketplace relationships.

What this role involves

• You take over market and earnings-oriented price control worldwide


• You are responsible for the systematic observation and analysis of programmatic purchasing


• You participate in the design of the internal reporting systems and the implementation of relevant ad hoc analyzes


• You develop price models to optimize our tariff system and take on projects to optimize the area of yield management and pricing


• Analyze and optimize advertising partners to achieve optimal sales


• Propose new technologies and platforms to enable better experiences on a larger scale


• Project management: implementation, testing and monitoring of new partners


• Troubleshooting - detailed analysis to unlock the full potential of the Doodle platforms


• Identify market trends and propose appropriate measures


• Contact person for all programmatic partners


• Recognize and consider new legal requirements


• Close teamwork with the developers


• Salesperson for programmatic requests


• Responsible for deal management

Your Profile

• A must: You already have initial professional experience in (dynamic) pricing, yield or revenue management, controlling or business analytics


• You have a strong analytical mindset, a strong understanding of numbers, you are conceptually strong, technically adept and skilled in using excel


• You work precisely, independently, structured, goal-oriented and enjoy teamwork


• You are strong in communication and assertive and have a very good knowledge for communication with international colleagues


• You know how to use google analytics to create various statistics with the yield traffic
