• An exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Digital Workflows IT team in Zurich.


• Focus on digitizing the life cycle of a customer relationship, with a state-of-the-art customer and user experience across three channels to improve efficiency and reduce the processing time front to back.


• Join our Solution team, which forms the backend of the Digital Workflows program, and contribute to its success with your expertise and creative problem-solving abilities!


• Be one of the key actor of the team, contributing actively to the success of the delivery


• In this role you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and agile environment with a very experienced and seasoned Scrum team


• Support a strategic program to digitalize processes and to demonstrate state of the art software delivery and deployment methods and technologies


• Effective collaboration with developers, business analysts, product owners, global team members and solution architects


• Share the acquired knowledge and provide training to other team members

You Offer

 

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information systems or technology


• 3-5 years in IT Project Delivery as Developer/Technical Consultant or an equivalent position


• Demonstrable proficiency in one core programming language (Java is preferred, Python, C++/C#)


• Strong Knowledge of computer science fundamentals: object oriented programming, database, design patterns, Web Services, UML and algorithms


• In-depth understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript Frameworks, CSS, Ajax, XML)


• Are you a teammate with the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at once and the willingness to contribute and learn?


• Knowledge and professional experience of enterprise application development, especially in the Java Enterprise space


• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, paired with the ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment


• Superb communication and interpersonal skills is a must in order to successfully collaborate with global teams & clients


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency)
