You Offer

• Proven track record of minimum 5+ years of relevant banking experience focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients• Excellent client relationship management skills• Outstanding network in the private banking industry to support the Bank’s growth strategy and to push growth agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency)• Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients• First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders• Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance client centric culture• Ability to develop robust internal networks in order to offer a seamless delivery of products and services within the integrated bank franchise• A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure• Forward thinking mindset for the development and advancement of digital banking solutions; a technologically savvy personality able to introduce innovative tools and solutions to clients• High level of professional and personal integrity; ensuring all work activities meet the high compliance standards of Credit Suisse and are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies• Degree from a university or an institute of higher education • Fluent in English and German• Financial market and product knowledge across asset classes, corporate and investment banking• Excellent client relationship management experience • Comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk tolerance• Ability to set goals and prioritize activities to maximize business growth and client satisfaction• CFA or equivalent is an advantage
