Responsibilities:



  • As a provider of medical devices, we are obliged to document complaints and incidents with our products and to report them to the authorities. In this process, you become the internal professional and are very familiar with the laws, standards and regulations in the field of medical devices.

  • You create reports about incidents, such as malfunctions or changes in performance of our products, document them in the vigilance system and track the internal processing.

  • You comply with all national and international reporting regulations, even if you communicate with the relevant authorities.

  •  With your important work you support our effective risk management, which ensures that our products are released for the market.


Qualifications:



  • You bring a degree or appropriate further training, ideally with a technical background.

  • Professional experience in the field of medical devices, vigilance systems and communication with authorities is a plus, but of course you are also very welcome as a committed professional.

  • You have good communication skills and you are a team player.

  • You have the ability to communicate in German and English. French would also be a nice to have.

  • Thanks to your quick comprehension and your analytical skills, you can correctly grasp laws and regulations and implement them accordingly.
