Stellenbeschreibung

• Work closely with investment management teams to perform business analysis for a broad set of applications and data solutions;


• Participate, together with IT, in agile teams to design new solutions and changes;


• Drive and support change projects at the interface between investment management and IT with a focus on processes and data;


• Analyze and model current business processes, design and take ownership for improvement of the same;


• Ensure quality management of projects and solutions within the appropriate framework;


• Organize and facilitate regular exchanges between investment management, operations and IT;


• Taking a proactive role in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to design the further digitalization of successful asset management company.

Unsere Anforderungen

• University degree or equivalent in business administration or information systems, Masters or post graduate in banking & finance is a plus;


• 3-5 years working experience in financial services company or with a leading consulting firm, previous experience in asset management as a plus;


• Proven business analysis and project management skills in interdisciplinary teams with IT and business;


• Strong analytical as well as conceptual skills, ideally experience in business process modelling;


• Strong communication skills (written and orally) in German and English;


• Winning personality combined with the willingness to take ownership and the ability to work independently.
