You Offer

 

  • A technical education in Information Technologies or equivalent in combination with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 7 / 10 products

  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and to set priorities

  • The attitude to manage client’s expectations

  • The ability to work under pressure, to keep things simple, patience and creativity

  • We are searching for a team member with a good balance of conflict management skills with a high level of customer focus and empathy

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
