You are responsible for the overall architecture of our new front office application platform based on Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud). You give guidance to business and IT leaders and ensure best-in-class implementation of the architecture consistent with overall principles and best practices.

As Lead Solution Architect Salesforce, you are part of a global team of architects, engineers, designers, and business representatives. Together with other architects, you design and evolve our front office application platform. You define architecture principles and apply architecture patterns and supervise their implementation. Your contribution will push our digitalization strategy in Marketing Automation, CRM, and other front office areas to the next level. Be part of the journey and change the way how we interact with our customers! It is your job to find the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, agile delivery, and cost-effective end-to-end implementation. Your methodical thinking and ability to structure complex questions is required to regularly coach and guide other architects, subject matter experts, and external partners.
