Responsibilities
Serving as a leading voice of the customer and acting as a customer experience advocate in considering e-business and Omnichannel decisions that will impact the customer
Drive overall end-to-end e-business experience, from the big picture down to specifics
Work with Customer Research department to test features and hypotheses for improving e-business & Omnichannel customer experience and rapidly integrate feedback into design iterations
Ensuring that all relevant parties and key stakeholders are informed of user experience design and research status from concept to launch (e-business and omnichannel related)
Generating innovative solutions on how our prospects and customers are booking demonstrations and buy our products
Performing pre & post launch site audits to ensure the seamless user experience to drive sales and conversion
Performing competitive analysis to come up with recommendations that improve customer experience and drive business growth
Writing meaningful project briefs that provide clear, concise direction for cross-functional teams to execute that meet business requirements and best user flow to meet business objectives and results
Drive an iterative approach to experience design - identify user needs, prototype solutions, test ideas, and refine designs with data and user feedback natively integrated into our process.
Working on UX design projects including feature additions and enhancements, new template definition and ongoing experience optimization efforts including creation of IA, wireframes, personas, and user journeys
Partnering with key business stakeholders and strategy team members to develop clear insights, designs, and research and present to senior management the information necessary to make informed decisions

8+ experience in user experience, information architecture or creative design
Usability and customer-focused design experience required
Familiarity working in an Agile development
Demonstrated technical expertise with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential trade-offs; able to translate business needs to clear technical requirements and to communicate technical concepts to business users
Knowledge and experience of E-commerce and CMS platforms
Primary knowledge of HTML, Design & Development tools. Well versed with latest SEO techniques
Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
Superior English skills (oral and written) and of at least one other language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and effective problem-solving skills are essential.
Self-motivated to stay current on new trends/initiatives within online and social media area
