Senior Business Development Manager (Digital) - 100% - Perm - Suisse romande




Responsibilities :



    •    Detect opportunities with current clients AND develop new key accounts in Switzerland (Web/e-Commerce/CRM/UX/GED/Hosting sectors) ;

    •    Develop a strong commercial network ;

    •    Cold calls ;

    •    Reach sales targets ;

    •    Participate in new offers creation ;

    •    Reply to RFPs and defend tenders ;

    •    Close collaboration with partners ;

    •    Create a long-lasting sales pipeline ;

    •    Insure weekly results reporting, activities and market trends ;

    •    Bring consulting expertise to clients and accompany them in their digital transformation ;

    •    Participate in the project-oriented sales team's dynamic (synergies, common leads, etc.).




Profile :



    •    At least 5 years of experience in the digital transformation sector, in a Sales Engineer role ;

    •    You appreciate contacts with clients and know how to draw their attention, understand their needs and find solutions for them ;

    •    You are a positive character, determined and organized, you are good with contacts and communication ;

    •    Commercial, marketing or technical education ;

    •    Experience in creating tailor-made offers within complex projects ;

    •    Strong prospection and negotiation skills ;

    •    French mother tongue and fluent English mandatory ;

    •    Knowledge of the Romandie market a plus ;

    •    You like motivating challenges.        




Work location : Geneva / Lausanne


Contract : 100% - Permanent
