Senior Manager Total Rewards
Your mission:
In this challenging and dynamic role, the ‘’Senior Total Rewards Manager’’ will lead within the Reward and Compensation Center of Excellence the organization and execution of global processes including reward programs, HR business analytics and reporting, and regional and country compensation, analytics and benefits support.
This individual will be accountable for: • Develop strategies, policies, guidelines and processes• Build expertise and capability• Share best practice from inside and outside• Govern outside partners (global)• Coach and help HR management with complex and global situation• Liaise with Galderma Global
Your main tasks
• Lead within the Reward and Compensation Center of Excellence projects and processes; lead or support global programs development• Lead region-wide Benefits projects such as DB pension liability management / governance management; work closely with the corporate team to develop change plans and evaluate accounting / cash implications• Develop region-wide Total Rewards improvement plans – such as cross-border harmonization opportunities• Support any restructuring projects for C&B• Present ideas and change initiatives to the HRLT• Lead on C&B communication and training activities for HR and managers• Lead the Total Comp process communications at the regional level• Establish project management methodologies to track and manage all wide-scope C&B projects impacting the region• Conduct research, develop best practices and provide recommendations on global plans and programs• Manage the enhancement and development of systems and tools to support the Compensation and Benefits processes and execution• Support HRBPs and country HR management as needed to price and prepare competitive remuneration propositions for sought after candidates as necessary• Monitors the Company’s value proposition to ensure that all elements (compensation, benefits, recognition, work life, etc.) are taken into account; ensures a balanced approach in responding to the needs of the business, fiduciary responsibility and the organizations ability to attract and retain top talent• Organize and maintain a global job architecture in accordance with Corporate Guidelines• Devise solutions for specific issues in countries or businesses, ensuring the respect of corporate philosophy on compensation and benefits while addressing the needs of the business (e.g. hyperinflation, hyper competition, addressing of unique local market specificities, etc.)• Support HRBPs to ensure that global processes and programs are efficiently and effectively executed across the world• Partner with leadership team, HRBPs and other functions to ensure that KPI’s, business analytics, report packaging, etc. services are provided as needed and in a timely and effective manner in order to facilitate fact-based, well rationalized decision making• Partner with HRIS to build required reporting functionalities to collect analyze and present data Your profile:
• Bachelor / Master degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent (education in Finance is preferred)• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role • Experience in the design and/or administration of multi-country/region compensation and benefits programs • Global or international markets experience strongly preferred• Proficiency in English and French• MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point) with good knowledge of SAP• Demonstrated proficiency in leading the design and implementation of both Compensation and Benefits programs is required, including an understanding of the associated accounting / actuarial impacts• Ability to perform research and effectively present options and recommendations to management if necessary• In-depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits theories and practice required• High levels of analytical skills required, together with goal accomplishment orientation• Must be results driven, service oriented team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast paced dynamic environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to gain trust, respect, and support through business knowledge and functional competence• Skilled and experienced in operating across cultures and in a multi-cultural environment• Must have the ability to analyze independently data and information to draw conclusions and make effective decisions• Ability to work both in the detail and at a conceptual level
