MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assures follow up and completion of issues/improvements identified with Automated Warehouse systems, Manufacturing Systems, and relevant stakeholders (Swisslog, Maintenance, Facility, IT, etc.)
Training- Ensure appropriate training is available for their team and Warehouse and Dispensary staff. Ensures their direct reports are appropriately trained for the tasks they perform
5-7 years of experience in a GMP regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience Green Belt or Black bel
Ability to lead a team effectively (within organization as well as cross functionally)
Highly detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills and exceptional troubleshooting abilities
Solid knowledge of business and manufacturing processes to support manufacturing operations
The Supervisor for Manufacturing Material Technical Support will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of activities in regards to Compliance, Documentation, Management of Technical Support, Tech Transfer, Projects and Training. This position also requires the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities for a team. The position requires strong manufacturing, materials management, project management and process knowledge as well as analytical skills to troubleshoot conflicts, perform investigations and manage projects. In addition, the supervisor will maintain the responsibility of overseeing and managing intra, cross-site, and cross functional projects related to process improvements and efficiency.
