IHRE AUFGABEN

• Accountability for the ongoing operation and stability of all front applications in the Wealth Management & Advisory domain


• Actively live the role of Application Cluster responsible, support strategic roadmaps definition in collaboration with business stakeholders and Domain Responsible


• Ensure adherence to the IT strategy and target operating model, support Agile transformation


• Leadership and responsibility for coaching, hiring and personal development of two team leads and over 40 internal and external employees with the roles Application Responsible, IT Service Owner, Business Analyst, Test Manager etc.


• Close collaboration with program and project leads to support successful delivery of the Strategic Roadmaps by proactive demand and resource management and by management of strategic vendor and partnership relationships


• Responsible for managing the operations budget for the own application cluster, definition and implementation of the SLA, planning and execution of lifecycle changes, short-, mid- and long-term operational improvements


• Ensures resilience of IT operations in own application cluster, particular in terms of business continuity, cyber security and operational risks


• Ensures effective IT service, incident, problem, change and risk management, including setup and monitoring of KPIs and KRIs


• Responsible for the implementation of small change projects (Sitos)

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics


• Min. 5 years experience in a similar position within the financial service industry


• Know-How of the banking domain Wealth and Investment Management


• Track record in leading operational and development teams to deliver excelent service to the clients


• Courage to take decisions


• Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)


• Motivated personality, strong interest in given context and ability to work under pressure


• Act as an authentic leader, capable to develop and empower your teams and set the right priorities
