To support our HR & Services Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a solution oriented person with high sense of responsibility as a Reporting Analyst.

Your duties



  • Set-up the Reports & Analytics area within the Software Solutions department

  • Organize and ensure that the Reports & Analytics area provides the services defined in the Software Solution department mission

  • Advise on reporting possibilities also in combination of applications developed within the department

  • Provide support in implementing and integrating business intelligence aspects

  • Data analysis and report generation based on different data sources

  • Define and establish the exact scope and operating mode of the Reporting & Analytics area

  • Procuring, contract and manage external providers to assist in delivering the services of the Reporting & Analytics area

  • Maintaining, updating and expanding the databases and the data infrastructure used for reporting

  • Supporting colleagues from other departments and FIFA stakeholders in the usage of business intelligence tools

  • Building and maintaining tools for data-related matters involving stakeholders

  • Interpreting data to help with decision-making.

  • Creating BI reports from internal and external data sources based on stakeholder’s requirements



Our requirements



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools preferably SSAS and PowerBI

  • Expertise with ETL processes, data wrangling and cleansing

  • 10 years overall IT experience and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role

  • Experience working with SQL, relational databases, SSMS and SSDT

  • Experience with data modelling, data analytics and data visualization

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, Publisher) would be a plus

  • Strategic thinking, ability to see the big picture and to innovate

  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
