In this position you lead the Legal & Compliance Function overall of Fisch and the team based in Switzerland and ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are compliant across all business activities.

Your tasks

• Manage legal and regulatory requirements across group’s business activities with a focus on Swiss and Luxembourg regulation pertaining to asset management


• Act as a strategic business partner in all actions relating to the organisation


• Anticipate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and industry regulations of the different countries in Europe, to provide strategic advice and foster compliance


• Lead and drive strategic projects


• Monitor regulatory developments in various jurisdictions and evaluate business implications


• Supervise the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives, policies and trainings


• Responsible for regulatory reports, responses to FINMA inquiries and other regulatory matters


• Provide legal support for fund documentation


• Oversee and manage the budget
  

Unsere Anforderungen

• University Degree or equivalent (e.g. LLM)


• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a legal/compliance related position in the financial industry, ideally within Asset Management


• Excellent knowledge of legal & compliance processes and procedures as well as leadership experience in this field


• Strong verbal and written communication and drafting skills with the ability to effectively and proactively take action


• Ability to work efficiently and diligently including to manage a number of projects concurrently


• Entrepreneurial spirit and high self-management ability


• Accurate and detail-oriented skills with sound judgement and integrity


• Strong linguistic skills, fluency in German and English
