As a rapidly growing financial technology startup, we are looking to hire a Product Manager to drive product development of our leading-edge trading platform. Our platform serves an ecosystem of investors, financial institutions, and liquidity providers. You will be the voice of the user for all three of these categories of ecosystem participants and will coordinate the product specification and prioritization of the entire product stack: pre-trade, trade, and post-trade. You’ll be working alongside a small team of talented and experienced team members including ex-Googlers and finance industry leaders. This position requires deep technical understanding and strong leadership skills. You will be joining as one of the first 25 employees, with a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the company.
What You’ll Do
Crystalize product vision and specifications for key components of what aims to be the world’s leading electronic trading platform for precious metals: including pre-trade, trade, post-trade systems
Assess key stakeholder needs and translate them into product design and specifications
Coordinate planning and execution of engineering team so that features are delivered on time, according to spec, and with a quality level that results in clients giving glowing feedback
About You
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
End-to-end product management experience of technology products and ecosystems.
Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user experience, high-performance computing, and business/commercial issues
Ability to find creative ways to make progress even in the presence of uncertainty or obstacles
