Senior Software Engineer .NET / Technical Lead (f/m)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Software Engineer .NET to join our
team in an exciting and evolving company. You will be collaborating in a highly interdisciplinary
environment with psychologists, manufacturers and security experts.
Your key responsibilities:

• You will take technical ownership for our main software product XRT4


• You will design, develop and support our software products and you will take part in
  delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget


• You will work closely together with product owners and business analysts to define
  functional requirements and implementation to achieve the best customer experience


• You work as part of the scrum team and lead by example


• You will coach and enable your working colleagues to bring out the best in them

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years industry experience in full stack .NET / C# development




• Expert knowledge of design patterns and the principles of software architecture




• Strong background in web based enterprise solutions (Html5, Less, TypeScript,
  AngularJs, WebApi, OData)




• Very good database design and SQL knowledge including SQL Server 2016 and
  above




• Solid Entity Framework and LINQ experience




• Knowhow of Agile Software Development process specifically SCRUM




• Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis skills




• Strong analytic and problem solving skills, flexible on moving targets




• Fluency in English (verbal and written) required, German is a plus




• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent




• Swiss nationality or EU citizenship
