The role

You are taking over an important Senior Business Analyst role within a leading solutions provider for Treasuries and Capital Markets divisions of banks and corporates.

You will be working in a dedicated and flexible team to enable both functional development of our comprehensive solutions, successful implementation for our clients, end-user support through our internal Clients Support Team.

Profile requirements

Profile and abilities will have to be based on:

• Completed studies in finance or maths with strong mathematical and analytical background


• 4-8 years of working experiences in the financial and/or consulting industry, with demonstrated focus on financial products and risk management


• Good knowledge of financial products (fixed income securities, interest rate derivatives, FX derivatives, credit, equity, commodity derivatives, etc.)


• Deep understanding of trade capture and valuation, trade workflow, risk analysis, settlement, position management and accounting


• Good handling with databases and understanding of interface and system design


• Experiences in designing and implementing business processes


• Pro-active and team-minded personality with a strong solution orientated focus


• Distinctive analytical, communicative skills and pragmatic working methods


• Capacity to motivate and challenge colleagues


• Openness, flexibility and ability to work under pressure


• Good oral and written communication skills


• Fluent in Italian and English a must, proficiency in German and/or French a strong plus
