In this challenging position you are - in close collaboration with our mechanical engineering specialists - responsible for the development of our innovative Antenna products, ranging from classical frequency bands to upcoming bands, e.g. along with 5G. This includes consideration of Radio Frequency characteristics as well as the choice of materials and the manufacturing processes. Your tasks as Development-/ Project Engineer range from concept creation to final release for production. In the context of these product development efforts you will work highly independent for one part, but also in close cooperation with the development teams of other departments. Besides the interaction with internal specialists you will collaborate closely with our customers, suppliers, universities and institutes. Thus, you will stay in touch with latest market requirements and be responsible for bringing in new ideas/technologies from research institutions for our next generation of innovative antenna products.
Your profile
Ideally you have a technical degree in electrical engineering (ETH/FH) with a major in radio frequency techniques/physics combined with a good knowledge of the CAD tools for 3D field simulations. You communicate and plan in a professional and systematic way and you are able to meet timelines and cost-efficiency goals. Your ability to drive, co-ordinate and lead projects and your customer-oriented thinking will be the basis of your professional success. As part of a global team you convincingly communicate well in German and English.
