In this challenging international hub function, you will be responsible for the global positioning and further development of the fiber optic connectivity product portfolio.
Your market understanding allows you to derive initiatives from the needs of our customers and market trends. Independently you carry out market research and competitor analyses and convert them into business cases. You will initiate product developments, develop the product offering and carry out the worldwide product launches including the creation of all needed documentation. Besides that, you will be responsible for the product life cycle of the product range assigned to you to ensure the required efficacy and efficiency of the portfolio. In addition to this, you will advise customers and employees. Working on interdisciplinary projects rounds off this diversified activity.

You have a technical education as well as a strong business management studies (both bachelor or similar level). You are characterised by business and product management know-how, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high level of self-motivation. In addition, you have strong communication skills and a natural assertiveness. Our international environment requires fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage. The job also requires a willingness to travel abroad (up to 20 % of working time).
