Senior HR Business Partner


 


Your challenge:


 


As a Senior HR Business Partner, your mission is to add value to our business by collaborating with managers to resolve everyday issues and develop people strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance aligned with Open Systems' strategy.


 


You will not only act as the “go to” person for our employees, but also as an advisor for management when it comes to developing recruitment plans, identifying training needs, and analyzing KPIs related to human capital in order to advise about the potential impacts on the business. You will also be conducting research to consistently develop and enforce current HR procedures and policies to satisfy legal requirements and cost containment.


 


Show your experience by coaching and challenging management in performance evaluations, compensation questions, recruitment practices, and management decision-making to enable high performing teams.


 


Your daily tasks:


 



  • Partner with the management levels of your dedicated department to drive business results 

  • Implement strategic company initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and guidelines

  • Collaborate with managers to resolve every day issues and develop short and long term  HR  strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance and efficiency aligned with Open System’s core values

  • Resolve employee related issues by conducting effective investigations and recommending action in line with our business ethics and core values

  • Lead change throughout the organization. Recommend improved processes and procedures for HR  programs and policies

  • Be active in social, and educational projects to positively influence our culture

  • Develop and/or conduct training and presentations as needed

  • Create ad hoc HR reports and statistics

  • On- and offboardings


Your qualifications:


 


For this key role we expect you to have at least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and a proven record of effective delivery of HR initiatives, processes, policies, tools and leadership training sessions in a global organization. Knowledge in German, Austrian and UK labor law is a plus.


 


The ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic and exciting environment will make you successful in this role. Use your advanced interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels of our organization both locally and globall. As a trusted advisor throughout the organization you should bring strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills to the table.


 


You will be reporting to our Head of HR (based in the US) and you can count on the support of your team, currently consisting of an HR Coordinator, a Talent Acquisition Manager, an HR Operations Manager and another HR Business Partner.
