Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for the recruiting lifecycle for different business and technology positions, planning onboardings and offboarding of employees and you are supporting the HR department with various HR internal or personell administration tasks.


Key Qualifications



  • degree in human resource management or any other related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a position in the field of recruiting or HR

  • Fluent in English & German written and spoken

  • outstanding writing and communication skills

  • quick-to-learn and fast-to-adapt to changing environments

  • versatile and eager to tackle new problems with a can-do attitude

  • reliable and independent worker

  • deadline sensitive and quick to eradicate possible bottlenecks

  • organisational talent, able to set priorities and work under pressure

  • willing to develop expertise in any emerging fields


Ideally, candidates will also have



  • experience in the technology field
