Due to the continuous expansion of our business, we are searching for our HR Team at the headquarter in Dürrenäsch a qualified

International recruiter (60 - 100%)

You will receive an extensive and systematical on-the-job training in our operational business and your future field of activity.

Role and responsibilities:

• Direct sourcing and recruitment of personnel on an international base: Truck drivers accross Europe / Experts in specific areas of chemical logistics (worldwide)


• Lead generation is a key activity; recruitment is primarily conducted directly without the mandating of headhunters


• Active use of social media recruiting tools to identify prospective candidates (i.e. LinkedIN)


• Production of promotion material in social media to source applicants (i.e. target group specific video-clips)


• Presence at international job fairs / Cooperation with selected universities with the goal of generating candidate leads for the Bertschi trainee program (university degree holders)


• Obtaining work permits for international assignments of Bertschi employees (incoming transfers to Switzerland as well as outgoing transfers abroad)


• Close cooperation with HR management

Your qualifications:

• Significant experience in international recruitment of operational and management positions


• Experience in online recruitment and social media marketing/recruitment


• Business experience in the logistics industry is of advantage


• Ideally University degree


• Willingness for sporadic travel


• Professional level in German and English (oral & written), other languages are an advantage


• Strong skills in information technologies (e.g. MS Office)


• Structured and well-organized work behavior


• Self-motivated character with outstanding communication skills
