What are the specific tasks?
You will work on the development of new sensors. This involves evaluation of potential design ideas, manufacturing processes and housing materials for their feasibility in mass production. These are assessed using various measurements of prototypes that you produce by yourself or in collaboration with a team of process engineers.
What are the daily challenges?
Carrying out measurements using state-of-the-art measurement methods requires a hands-on attitude and creative approach. These measurements are often being carried out for the very first time, so the ability to take initiative and work independently are essential. The data you collect serves as a basis for making adjustments to our processes, designs and materials – you will take part in these discussions and contribute your own ideas.
