For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz, we are in search for a QA Assistant (m/f/d) 100%. 

 

What the company offers you:

• You will ensure smooth processes in the QA department by doing the preparation work (e.g. for release) in a careful and reliable way and by performing the necessary administrative work

Your responsibilities:

• Releasing the documents for repackaging orders performed by external warehouse


• Being responsible for the preparation work for the release of goods to the market


• Complaints and QA Agreements handling


• Preparing GMP certificate for submission of API suppliers by regulatory


• SOP administration and tracking of overdue SOP's


• Tracking of CAPA's in different electronic systems (Audits, Deviation, Quality Events etc.) and their monthly reporting


• Being responsible for orders of samples of originator products needed for business (e.g. for registration or marketing)


• Performing QA Check for customers to be opened in the SAP system 

 

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship in Natural science (e.g. laboratory technician, aide in Pharmacy, bachelor's degree in natural sciences)


• German (fluent), English (intermediate)


• Professional experience in analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy, experience with Trackwise / AQWA


• Skills: professional communication skills, initiative, good observer, team player, self-confident and friendly person with high resilience to keep tracking missing information, speed and simplicity, customer focus and Quality
