Junior Buyer Indirect Services (Internship 6 to 12 months)

Your responsibilities

• Develop a solid end-to-end analysis related to HZI Indirect categories globally, including, but not limited to:
  
  
  
  • Current status of the categories across the region
  
  
  • Sourcing options, gaps, TCO
  
  
  • Risk analysis for incumbent supplier
  
  
  • Agility and sustainability impact
  
  


• Place appropriate purchase orders in SAP


• Monitor performance of its categories overall and its suppliers 


• Ensure achievement of relevant procurement KPI’s through the existing SRM tool


• Working closely together with suppliers, Global Procurement team, internal departments as IT, Facility Management, HR and Marketing

Your experiences

• Master’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management


• Previous experience in Supply Chain or other fields (internship) are ideal


• Strong analytical and presentation skills, proactive and agile working style


• Enthusiastic person, fast learner with very good communications skills in English and German, other languages are a plus
