Roche Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) provide integrated cobas-branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, Cardiovascular, Hematology, Infectious Diseases, Metabolism, Oncology and Women’s Health.
The Lifecycle Team ‘Cardiac, Women's Health & Personalized Healthcare Solutions‘ (DXCW) works to enable better and longer lives for patients across the globe. We do this by leading the development and global marketing of new solutions for better clinical decisions in disease areas with high unmet need.
Specifically, the DXCW team is responsible for the Cardiac, Critical Care and Women’s Health Elecsys portfolio and for Personalized Healthcare collaborations with Pharma companies. Key focus areas for the DXCW team include development of novel biomarkers and digital tools in Cardiology, Sepsis and Preeclampsia, as well as collaborations with Pharma companies to develop personalized healthcare solutions for novel drugs, e.g. in the area of Alzheimer’s disease.
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Assistant for our Lifecycle Leader.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the agenda of the Lifecycle Leader, according to best practice time management principles, allowing for planned and unplanned work
Support the Lifecycle Leader as a key liaison for strategic relationship management and communications, setting up meetings, conference calls, invitations and travel planning
Participate as member of the Lifecycle Leadership team, with special responsibility for agenda, meeting minutes, follow up of action items, and team culture topics
Act as Chief Cultural Officer for the Lifecycle team, surveilling team health and being a guardian of the Roche and team values of Courage, Passion and Integrity
Lead the planning, organization and execution of Lifecycle team meetings and events, including agenda planning, venue selection, vendor contract negotiations, on-site set-up and post-hoc evaluation
Create, route & process electronic and verbal correspondence. Manage Intranet and SharePoint Sites and filing and organization of information. Proactively provide presentations, information or documents needed by the Lifecycle Leader
Act as a sparring partner to the Lifecycle Leader and take on special projects
Professionally represent the Lifecycle Leader and the team internally & externally
Coordinate hiring processes of new employees, including organization of interviews with applicants and panel members
Review Training Matrix and organize necessary trainings for team colleagues

To be successful in this role, you should bring following experience / skill set:
Relevant years of administrative assistance experience
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
Strong organization and planning skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Office tools
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and be a self-starter
Proven reliability in terms of quality and timelines and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
High level of curiosity to learn not only about the job responsibilities but overall CPS business
