B2B Customer Service Manager (f/m)Glattpark (Opfikon - Zürich)Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead, steer and motivate our Business Services Function with about 60 employees within the Internal Contact Center in Zürich and Prilly. 

  • Review B2B service processes and set-up in order to drive continuous improvements on quality and efficiency

  • Assure an excellent customer experience by linking the dots between B2B sales and Customer Services

  • Further development of business service solutions, challenge the status-quo and bring the overall services to the next level

  • Build strong relationship to the B2B sales organization to understand key business drivers in the B2B areas

  • Understand best practices in the B2B business service space and assess possibilities for implementation

  • Define scope, timelines and key milestones for overall business service development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a technology field, with extensive experience as line manager in the large account B2B space in a technical environment

  • Very good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer services for corporate accounts

  • Technology savvy with a strong customer-centric mind-set

  • Strong, balanced personality with the ability to act as transformation leader and have an impact on key stakeholders

  • Analytical and structured mindset, high level of attention to details, very organized personality

  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Can-do mentality, pragmatic mindset who gets things done

  • Committed, flexible, independent and positive attitude

  • Proficiency in English a must, German or French a strong plus
