To maintain and develop Numab’s proprietary therapeutic pipeline we are looking for a highly motivated and
experienced individual for a role as Research Technician within our Formulation and Analytics team.

Research Technician Protein Analytics 100%

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high quality data to drive Numab’s projects towards
development. You will be responsible for the execution and evaluation of physico-chemical analysis and in depth
biophysical characterization of our lead molecules using state of the art equipment.
Your Responsibilities

• In depth characterization of our scFv and multispecific molecules by HPLC, DLS, nanoDSF, and SDS-
  PAGE


• Execution of analytics of our in-process-control samples as well samples of stability studies


• Evaluation of the analytical data and preparation of analytical reports for internal and external
  communication


• Composing protocols for analytical methods to ensure data precision and comparability


• Setup of forced degradation studies and pre-formulation screens


• Supporting the CMC group in downstream processing campaigns

Ideal candidates will have

• Completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician in biology, chemistry or related fields, preferably with
  industry experience in analytics of protein therapeutics


• Hands-on experience of HPLC systems including analytical SEC, HIC, IEX and/or RP


• Experience in DLS, nanoDSF and other biophysical methods is desired


• Knowledge in protein purification using Äkta Systems


• Knowledge of data management, template and report generation in CDS is of advantage


• Accurate and team-oriented work style as well as a high sense of quality


• Refined computer user skills (Windows, MS Office) and communication skills
