Your responsibilities:



  • Manage a challenging and broad role in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment

  • The opportunity to lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation in the field of Professional Services, Consulting Services and Audit as well as Tax related Services as project lead via e-sourcing tools

  • Ensuring and maintaining a close relationship with external business partners as well as establishing and maintaining the supplier network

  • Independent project management for multiple client accounts in regards to procurement services

  • Coordination of the commercial, operational and legal aspects with the relevant contact persons in a cross-functional team

  • Support of internal procurement strategies and implementation of regional specifications

  • Development, implementation and optimization of corporate standards

  • Cooperation with our sourcing teams in the different countries


 


You offer:



  • Several years of experience in indirect procurement of professional  services (Consulting and other Personnel Services)

  • Alternatively, profound Professional Service experience in an international corporate environment with responsibility for negotiation and execution of contracts with external vendors

  • Successfully completed basic commercial training and further education in purchasing department or University degree in Business Administration, Economics

  • A winning personality with entrepreneurial thinking

  • Proactive, flexible and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Experience in senior stakeholder management

  • Ability to think out of the box and willingness to contribute actively in a dynamic environment

  • Secure command of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) of advantage

  • Very good self-organization and project management skills

  • Team player with high social competence

  • Very good knowledge of English and fluent German

  • Secure handling of MS Office
