Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Developing and maintaining KPMGs Service Now Solution Architecture (ServiceNow Platform, Service Now Modules, in-house developments as well as integration of third-party systems) in accordance with the IT strategy, with special consideration of corporate strategy, enterprise architecture paradigms and profitability


• Conceptualizing, implementing and continuous improving the agile software development process with the goal of effective and efficient scaling by nearshore development teams supported by Microsoft Team Foundation Server


• Taking responsibility of the extended workbenches for two strategic platforms (Service Now, Sharepoint) including near-shoring, conceptual work and from conception to the daily business respecting the continuously improving Application Lifecycle Management process


• Having good knowledge of Service Catalogue, CMDB, Project Module too


• Supporting the conception and planning of the "Automated Testing" work stream as part of KPMG's test strategy


• Leading on a functional and technical level of internal and external teams for software development, testing, deployment and maintenance purposes

This is what makes you successful

• Completed apprenticeship in computer science and / or bachelor's degree in computer science


• Several years of experience designing and implementing configuration and customizations in Service Now, CypherCloud, Sharepoint and other IaaS / PaaS / SaaS technologies


• Proven knowledge and experience in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps and Testing) as well as technologies such as Web Services (REST)


• Well-founded skills to understand complex business requirements and to translate them into technical requirements


• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies, you are highly motivated and enjoy innovation


• You are fluent in German and English and communicate very well
