As mountain guides, our Open Source experts have been supporting our customers since 2001 in the implementation of innovative solutions in order to reach the top together.

Camptocamp is composed of four departments: Geospatial Solutions (Geographic Information Systems), Business Solutions (ERP enterprise management), Infrastructure Solutions (IT infrastructure management) and Subscriptions Solutions (subscription consulting and sales in Open Source environments).

Since 2006, Camptocamp has been the first official Gold Odoo partner and has been heavily involved in the ERP solution community, notably through the founding of the Odoo Community Association (OCA).

YOUR MISSION

As a member of the Business department, you manage the life cycle of various Odoo projects.   You will be assigned a portfolio of customers for which you will be responsible.

Your main objectives are:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of various Odoo instances.


• Maintaining a privileged relationship with your clients by understanding their projects.


• Being the link between your clients and Camptocamp’s range of skills.


• Processing requests in compliance with our SLAs


• Accompanying and advising your clients during the phases of change


• Designing, delegating, prioritizing, coordinating and monitoring tasks within our various teams


• Participating in commercial activities

We expect you to achieve the delicate balance between customer satisfaction and profitability.

To do so, you will be supported by a strong and competent team with which you will work closely to achieve your goals.

YOUR ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or business informatics


• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT project management or coordination


• Previous knowledge of business processes


• Oral and written fluency in German and English

YOUR DESIRED SKILLS

• Ability to listen, analyze and relate to customers, allowing you to be in direct contact with them.


• Ability to work in a group and build relationships


• Ability to organize your work independently and rigorously

• Practical experience in ERP systems


• Accounting knowledge


• PMP/PMI, Scrum, CBAP Certification


• ITIL knowledge


• You speak French or Swiss-German
