BSA - Bobst Mex SAApply nowReporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you join a passionate and dedicated team.
In this role, you are mainly responsible to process and control intercompany flows as well as general ledger accounting flows. Main responsibilities:
Take in charge the intercompany flows, and more specifically interco invoices processing, cash entries, group reporting, anomalies treatment
Process 3rd parties and intercompany commissions
Process general ledger (GL) accounting flows (invoicing,…)
Reconciliate P2P flows (purchase orders flows, goods receipt non invoiced)
Backup the apprentice (Purchase orders creation, customers reinvoicing…)
Requirements:
Graduate from CFC “employé(e) de commerce”, with a specialization in Finance
First experience in apprenticeship in an Accounting Department OR minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar job, ideally in an international environment
Good knowledge of MS office tools, especially excel
Knowledge of SAP finance is a plus
Fluent in French, good communication skills in English, written and spoken (B1 minimum)
