Length: 6 months


Academic qualification: At least four completed semesters at a university or university of applied sciences.

• You support the effective and efficient management of the Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) change program portfolio to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and benefit realization

• You perform a variety of tasks in the areas of planning, monitoring and steering including analysis of data


• You undertake tracking of program and portfolio status including financials, delivery and benefits


• You gain an in-depth insight into the continuous assessment of the SUB change program portfolio


• You actively collaborate with partners in the daily tasks of execution and monitoring of programs


• You are involved with change and acceleration of program portfolio development towards bank and industry standards
