  • You are looking for a challenging and unique position in the Corporate Functions Communications team within Group Internal Communications that provides essential communications advice and hands-on content and campaign execution across all corporate functions and their respective leadership teams - then this is your chance!

  • The opportunity to support the management committees of those functions as their primary point of contact with the development and execution of effective communication plans to roll out business initiatives, facilitate organizational change and provide alignment to the business strategy

  • The responsibility for content creation for internal communications events and cross-channel platforms, including the intranet, email and multimedia, ensuring a positive contribution to employee engagement and global alignment

  • A role in a team that feels collective responsibility for quality communication outcomes across all functions, but with a dedicated primary-point-of-contact responsibility for two corporate functions at Executive Board level

  • Collaboration with internal business partners and specialists, as well as with the global communications and branding network to build communication messages that cohesively reflect bank-wide priorities and standards in engaging ways for employees

  • In this role you actively drive use of new media and technologies in the delivery of internal communications

  • A role to assess and monitor communications efficiency

  • Open to discussing flexible/agile working


You Offer

 

 



  • A Master’s degree or an equivalent education

  • Minimum six years of corporate communications experience, with strong proven internal communications skills

  • Experience in corporate function communications is considered a preference

  • You combine experience in internal communications, planning and strategy, storytelling and skills to execute effectively with strong writing and editing skills with great attention to detail?

  • Tangible experience with transformational / change project communications

  • Working experience in complex matrix organizations and proven ability to work with and provide strategic counsel and practical advice to demanding senior management across geographies

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality who loves to balance multiple challenging priorities and assignments

  • Highly self-motivated, goal driven and proactive self-starter who understands that the best results are achieved through team work

  • Collaboration and partnering are key strengths

  • Ability to gain consensus, handling sensitive situations and sensitive materials

  • Critical thinking capabilities, yet still enjoy the hands-on work that is required

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to summarize complex concepts and translate ideas succinctly into compelling messages

  • Your interpersonal skills and your distinctive communication allow you to build up positive relationships even with participants from multiple functional areas and management levels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; native German skills are a preference; additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus
