The ITS Cross Asset Execution business is part of the Global Markets division which provides Execution Services to PB & WM clients, including transaction advisory and financial market access through exchanges and broker relationships.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with in-depth knowledge in Order and Execution management of listed securities, funds and FX. This position would provide the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the global Execution business as part of the project team delivering a significant private banking & wealth management growth program (IWM 3.0). The role would have a particular focus on Execution trading desk interaction and COO business management topics. This will cover both the business requirement phase and subsequent definition and implementation of the future target operating model for Execution in multiple International Locations.

 

You have the opportunity to gain exposure to one of the most important programs of CS Private Banking and Wealth Management. This multi-year program covers first CS in Italy, and thereafter in other European locations, providing an opportunity to learn common and local processes and businesses in each country.
Key aspects of the role

• Document as is processes and define together with key stakeholders the Target Operating Model for the order and execution business in multiple International Locations
  


• Ensure that Execution business  requirements are determined end to end
  


• Evaluate MIS data, facilitate discussion with Business and Compliance, clarify legal topics and agree with local management
  


• Facilitate New Business process by helping to expand the local product and service offering
  


• Alignment workshops with Business and IT
  


• Business requirement definition for UK and Guernsey
  


• Define automation potential to drive efficiencies and  improve the current Risk and Control Framework
  


• Providing PMO support to the program management located in Zürich and UK
  


• Track Business JIRA actions and issues: track and chase JIRAs raised to other teams & streams (dependencies)

The role with provide exposure to work with different international locations in Europe and the Americas. You will have close interaction with Senior Management in these locations and thereby have the chance to build a strong network across legal entities of the bank.

• A University degree or comparable education, e.g. apprenticeship with further qualifications
  


• You can offer a minimum of 8+ year’s work experience in banking or consulting ideally in the area of Sales and Trading
  


• Good understanding of securities products or capital market business is a plus
  


• Strong Project Management skills and experience to work within larger projects
  


• If you have a strong interest and have gained some experience in Bank regulatory topics in the context of Best Execution, Pre-Trade Compliance this would be ideal
  


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an interest and good understanding of technology
  


• An ability to work independently and a drive to ensure implementation of complex projects and initiatives
  


• An ability to operate in a multi-cultural work environment and collaborate closely with various stakeholders
  


• From your daily work you are used to present and communicate on an advanced level in English, if you possess any other language skills this is considered an asset
