4. Your ideal candidate profile:



  • Personality: Extroverted, balanced between people and task focus


  • Background: Fast-paced work environment: Consulting or fast-growing startup


  • Experience: You have already built a strong engine before (if not, prove that you have what it takes (tools and experience)  to scale a sales organization)


  • Easiest: Forget above and walk us through your blueprint of how your revenue engine will drive us to success and you’ve got the job!


  • Swiss /EU passport / B and C Permit
