Global Travel Retail Marketing Manager

Role Purpose/Mission



•    Implementation of brand image & product launches in TR environment, following the global guidelines
•    Supports the regional teams with all tools to achieve immaculate brand presentation.
•    Drives and supports full development of all digital channels in TR incl. Social Media, e-commerce of retailers, education platforms
•    Responsible for Airlines publications & Amenities



Your Responsibilities


 


Brand & Product 



  • Supports development of concepts for new product launches and prepares global TR presentations to be used in all regions

  • Supports the regions with Marketing relevant info and helps them to represent the brand to the operators

  • Coordinates and creates newsletters for product implementation and other marketing activities

  • Prepares/updates/supports the preparation of TR Marketing Calendars, defining the respective tools and strategies for trade implementation

  • Is involved in and supports the development of TR exclusive products including sets

  • Responsible to update TR assortment 2x year 

  • Defines and implements guidelines for planograms and supports teams with specific planograms. Responsible for the global use of the tool

  • Coordinates all PR/com activities of global TR


 


Digital



  • Creates a yearly calendar overview with all digital marketing activities for global TR, in cooperation with regional teams, approves regional calendars

  • Creates digital marketing concepts for TR in cooperation with global digital team and the regions / drives and supports regional implementation

  • Actively manages and coordinates social media channels of operators in alignment with the regional teams

  • Provides actual examples and implements improvements on retailer.com appearance of LP 

  • Ensures timely reporting on digital activities, provides post mortem analysis of every LP campaign and overview of other brands’ best practice.

  • Responsible for communication schedule and monitoring LP talk for TR


 


Airline listing & Amenities business management



  • Supports and supervises airline listing, prepares presentation and advertising guidelines in a creative approach & supports implementation

  • Actively supports the team with listing proposals in line-with the company strategy



Events & Exhibitions



  • Responsible for global TR event overview & coordination with all involved, including budget management

  • Develops guidelines & coordinates client events globally 

  • Coordinates TR participation in global meetings (i.e. GMM) and supports global TR event organization (i.e. retail & BA conferences)

•    Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple assignments 
•    Digital savvy with the respective education 
•    Creative skills and retail orientation
•    Organised and structured approach
•    Ability to follow and adjust guidelines
•    Service oriented
•    Diplomatic skills to establish guidelines in a friendly manner
•    Good conceptual work skills
•    Good PC skills
•    Fluent in English other languages would be an asset
