Fullstack Software Engineer - Investment Platform 80-100%

The investment platform is the heart of our new and modern environment in which we develop solutions for our wealth management clients, B2B partners and relationship managers, such as e-banking, investment apps, digital client onboarding, advisory workplace and more. After initial development of the investment platform’s customization layer by our software provider Aixigo we are now taking full ownership of this valuable assets to allow vertical integration and gain speed in continuously providing new features to our clients.

You have a strong ownership and DevOps mindset and are motivated to work in an agile team? You want to actively contribute to a strategic product over its full lifecycle from prototyping to developing an MVP to maintaining the grown product and you strive for efficient operations with every sprint? Your Challenge

• Work in an interdisciplinary DevOps team with fullstack developers, Aixigo product specialists and business analysts


• Play an active role in insourcing existing Java based software into our modern CI/CD environment following micro services principles with deployment on the Openshift platform (Docker)


• Enjoy responsibility along the entire software development and operational process (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, rollout and operations)


• Strive for a high degree of automation in build, testing and deployment processes using CI/CD technology to maximize quality of software products, but if there is a hand needed you also take responsibility in the operation in 2nd / 3rd level support


• Develop new features from front to back (fullstack) using state-of-the-art Technology


• Bring your ideas, even beyond your scope of responsibilities


• Coordinate and cooperate with external suppliers

 

Your Qualification

You bring

• Completed degree in computer science (ETH, University, FH, Swiss Federal Diploma)


• Deep knowledge in software development including the entire development process from analysis, design, implementation, testing to deployment (ideally in an agile / DevOps manner)


• Very good knowledge and practical experience in micro service architectures with Java as a base technology and usage of Openshift / Docker as well as CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins


• Good know-how in DBMS and SQL (we use Oracle)


• Basic banking knowledge in the areas of financial instruments and investment processes / portfolio management or strong willingness to learn fast


• Experience in the following areas are a plus: Web application development with modern single page app frameworks (Angular, Ionic or comparable frameworks), mobile app development (iOS / Android), security infrastructures and integrations (OAuth ...)
