PURPOSE:
You will manage short-middle-long term Demand and Supply plan & Operations for Cartier Accessories in order to ensure optimal product availability in the network and to support sales in accordance with stock policies.
You will be in charge of interaction with Marketing, Purchasing, Development, Suppliers, Subsidiaries, Logistics through constantly optimized processes, share reliable information, develop relevant analysis.
In addition, you will need to prepare, animate, coordinate various workshops and meetings to integrate decisions and support change in a strategic context to strongly develop the Accessories category.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Demand Planning
You are in charge of the management of the demand planning process:
Supply Planning
You oversee the procurement plan by taking into account the novelties to come, the performance and the capacity of the (external) suppliers in a context where we have to use additional important resources to answer our planned needs to grow significantly.
You are involved in the follow-up of the launch planning in coordination with Marketing and Development.
Distribution Planning
You have the supervision of the customer service team with the objective to deliver the best support to our markets (in-time and qualitative answers, complete compliance with existing processes).
You manage the follow-up of the logistics execution: guarantee the reliability of the DRP process (automatic orders creation), track & solve potential issues that could impact the sales potential (local under / over stock, backorders level…), optimize the allocation of pieces under shortage.
You regulate the collaborative process with markets: analyze & understand sales trends, geographical differences and future markets’ potential, review & discuss sales forecasts with planners and markets, define local stock policies and ensure their consistency with current trends and future sales potential.
Finally, you supervise boutiques inventory levels vs target assortments.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
After your engineering school, you had an international company experience and exposure to several department and business flows. People trust your solid and fine interpersonal skills with strong diplomacy, you speak French and English fluently.
You have project and people management experiences: as a manager, you will be in charge to provide support to the team and make them grow. You will also challenge the existing projects in supply chain area.

You are part of Cartier’s Maison with a team of 6 people to manage (1 Demand planner, 1 Distribution planner, 2 Sales administration specialists, 1 Supply planner, 1 Procurement specialist).
