Our Global Connectivity services are looking for a Network Architect with extensive cloud-based experience who will provide expertise in the definition, design, implementation, development, adoption and adherence to enterprise architecture strategies.


 


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


Based in our Campus of Meyrin (Geneva area), you will be in charge of:





    • Developing Connectivity reference architectures for hybrid cloud services

    • Remediating current implementations to align with new reference architectures

    • Developing Architecture and Principles for Software Defined Networks, Data Centre Network and Cloud SaaS, PaaS/IaaS services offered by Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform, and network trends like Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Network Function Virtualisation (NFV), Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) technologies within a very large enterprise, including service provider technologies and architectures such as multi-VRF routing, multi-layer switching, multicast and quality-of-service techniques



 


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?


You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Connectivity infrastructure engineering, including at least 2 years supporting cloud-based infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP including all supporting technologies and toolsets. An in-depth understanding of public/private/hybrid cloud solutions and experienced in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting models using Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.


 


You are fluent in English, a good team player, customer focused, service oriented and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills


 


And you also have the following technical skills:





    • Demonstrable experience in operating large-scale cloud environment

    • Strong knowledge of Telecom infrastructure (LAN, MAN, WAN)

    • Data networks routing and switching knowledge at CCNP equivalence

    • Relevant industry certifications on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform including “Amazon Web Services Certified Advanced Networking”

    • Good knowledge in Security technologies is a plus (Firewalls, Proxy’s, VPN’s)
