BI Data Analyst

Mission


As part of the team dedicated to provide a wide range of data services to the company, you will be the owner and implementer of different data and reporting solution.


As a BI Data Analyst working on the latest technologies you are encouraged to continuous learning within our team, and the different stakeholders, and to get the opportunity to express innovative thinking and design.




Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage data workflows, analytical solutions and dashboards for various use cases across multiple subjects.

  • Work with business partner to clearly scope projects and thoroughly understand the context and data available to address the problem at hand

  • Support and when needed direct data cleaning efforts to ensure data is accurate and actionable.

  • Create and fine-tune the models to achieve the desired business outcomes (whether it’s a predictive or prescriptive model, or simply an explanation of the results of an analysis)

  • Pilot the development and deployment of the different solutions




Requirements



  • Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent work experience

  • 3 years of experience in analyst role with emphasis in DW/BI related technologies and tools

  • Experience working with Relational Databases, ETL tools, and Data analysis/visualisation tools (PowerBI/SSRS), either on premise or in the cloud

  • Knowledge of Python/Java

  • Knowledge of data lifecycle and maintenance processes

  • Understanding of data management, metadata and data quality. Familiarity with data governance best practices desired

  • Good understanding of data security and privacy concerns
