Mission


As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will coordinate training initiatives and work on various digital learning projects. If you are looking for a first working experience in the field of Learning & Development, join us!


Responsibilities



  • Administer training requests and specific learning initiatives

  • Update course sessions in our Learning Management System

  • Manage the course enrolment process, sending invitations and confirmations to participants

  • Ensure our Training Center is prepared for all programs, managing related logistics (catering, materials, etc.) and welcoming trainers and participants

  • Collect and analyse course feedback

  • Produce and deliver reports and dashboards

  • Update and develop various communication tool kits

  • Develop our intranet page in order to enhance our visibility and market our initiatives

  • Support the L&D team in the development of digital learning programs

  • Help the L&D team members as requested


Requirements / Profile



  • Bachelor Degree (Communication Sciences, Marketing, Ecole Hôtelière, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar)

  • At ease with digital communication and learning tools

  • Previous experience developing a website or e-learnings would be an asset

  • Ability to conceptualize complex ideas into simple and creative messages

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written skills in English

  • Positive attitude, highly motivated to learn and willing to help

  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills

  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive HR data

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
