Mission


As part of the Kudelski Security's Managed Security Services department, your mission will be to help us provide the best services to our clients by participating in deployment activities, continuously improving our detection capabilities and being involved in presales activities for our products and services.

Responsibilities


Your Responsibilities will be to:



  • Design technical strategies and implement and fine-tune security rules on the products we deploy to Clients

  • Provide security guidance to our clients to improve the service quality and efficiency of our services and products for them

  • Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for other teams internally to help drive continuous improvements and new services implementations

  • Contribute to winning complex sales opportunities with customers and new businesses by providing support

  • Manage the delivery of our products and services to new and existing customers and then handing the products and services over to Business practice owners


 


This role involves:



  • Understand the business and environment of our customers

  • Frequent contacts with customers at both technical and managerial levels

  • Internal transversal interactions with various groups (PMO, Sales, Detection Architects, DevOps…)

  • Traveling up to 10% to customer’s site


 


Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Security Service and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.


Requirements / Profile


You are:



  • Team-player who is willing to iterate on our internal processes to improve our team and service’s efficiency

  • At ease with solving complex problems

  • Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Autonomous, self-taught and transparent

  • Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks with multiple interfaces

  • Fluent in both English and German


 


You have:



  • An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent

  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: EDR/NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Managed Attacker Deception

  • Proven experience in a client facing role

  • Proven experience working as a network and security specialist (including packet and log data analysis)

  • An indepth understanding of information security industry forces and trends

  • An excellent knowledge of the security product portfolio


 


These would be a plus:



  • CISSP/CCSP/OSCP/CEH/ITIL and other general security certifications

  • Technical certifications on vendors’ product

  • French, any other languages are an asset
