This is a great career opportunity for providing global experience in business transformation, designing the framework for a best-in-class digital customer experience for HCPs and generating demand in the Life Science industry. As the Global HCP Digital Engagement Lead you will be responsible for planning, delivering and ensuring adoption of key digital capabilities of the ‘direct-to-HCP’ integrated omni-channel strategy to maximize business results by complementing Field Force promotional effort. You’ll lead and grow a Global Community of Practice and maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards for HCP digital strategies, to anticipate future customer goals and find opportunities for innovation. This role is responsible for change management methodologies and solution design across all platforms.


A day in the life of a Global HCP Digital Engagement Lead

 



  • Assess the level and maturity of ‘direct-to-HCP’ digital readiness across the organisation and identify key capabilities gaps. Deliver compelling value proposition for accelerating the digital journey and devise a multi-year strategy, and transformation map to fill gaps. Communicate progress to the wider organization. 

  • Engage and influence global and local stakeholders (including but not limited to Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and IT) to ensure adequate level of buy-in in order to maximize the speed of implementation and impact.

  • Design effective and efficient end-to-end digital processes, management of digital content, consent capture, customer journey and reporting. Facilitate the HCP digital engagement strategy implementation at local levels, which must be aligned and integrated with the Field Force Customer Engagement model, as well as with direct-to-consumer e-Business.   

  • Run the marketing automation platform, in partnership with Marketing, IT and Business Systems. Devise and deliver a scalable operational support model.

  • Advise Global Marketing as well as Medical and Market Access on the ‘direct-to-HCP’ multi-channel strategy and digital content creation within each of the brands and incorporate in the brand planning process.

  • Identify, drive implementation and adoption of best practices and innovations aligned to local needs and Corporate opportunities.  


What will make you successful

 



  • Scientific degree. MBA will be considered an asset

  • Broad business awareness, at least 3 years’ in Life Science

  • Multi-year experience in multichannel/digital and successfully delivering transformational initiatives in large organizations

  • Expertise in operating Marketing Automation platforms essential. Experience in HCP Digital Marketing is a strong asset

  • Extensive experience in CRM (Veeva CRM suite is a plus) as well as in Analytics

  • Strong competencies in Project Management and Change Management

  • Knowledge of e-privacy and GDPR

  • Sales Force Excellence fundamentals

  • Experience in Medical Nutrition and / or Consulting is considered an added value

  • Strong leadership skills, including leading without authority, ability to build long term partnerships, collaboration and influencing skills

  • Ability to work in autonomy, to innovate, learn and apply new technologies & processes

  • English language is mandatory, any other language is a plus
