Drives all innovation activities related to the Program, ensuring perfect alignment across the organization
Design innovation workstreams to create distinguishing Savoury flavour and ingredient tools
Build and execute technical project management and allocate appropriate team resources for identified and agreed projects to develop new winning technologies
Develop technical innovation partnerships with customers, suppliers and partners and ensure close collaboration and alignment with other Technical leads
Maintains and develops communication network with the zones and affiliates
Leads by example and be the divisional technical expert and the go to person for the Program
We value:
University degree in Science or Engineering, (preferably a Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or Food Science
At least 10 years of relevant working experience
Experience leading across geographies
Preferably experience in Flavor & Fragrance or Food Industry
Experience in project management, rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, autonomous, with strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
