Global Technical Innovation Program leader


 


Location: Geneva, Switzerland



Key responsibilities:


 


 



  • Drives all innovation activities related to the Program, ensuring perfect alignment across the organization 

  • Design innovation workstreams to create distinguishing Savoury flavour and ingredient tools

  • Build and execute technical project management and allocate appropriate team resources for identified and agreed projects to develop new winning technologies

  • Develop technical innovation partnerships with customers, suppliers and partners and ensure close collaboration and alignment with other Technical leads

  • Maintains and develops communication network with the zones and affiliates

  • Leads by example and be the divisional technical expert and the go to person for the Program

  • University degree in Science or Engineering, (preferably a Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or Food Science

  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience

  • Experience leading across geographies 

  • Preferably experience in Flavor & Fragrance or Food Industry

  • Experience in project management, rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, autonomous, with strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
