Role Description: Business Analyst – Client Experience

Overview of the role
The Business Analyst will be part of a squad within Client Experience which focuses on enhancing how clients interact with Deutsche Bank Wealth Management via digital and non-digital channels.
The Business Analyst supports the Product Owner and the entire squad in preparing and delivering requirements, specifics and other information or data. The job of the BA is essential in delivering high-end products and in supporting the squad in having all documentation detailed and well prepared.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo. You will also be key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train non-squads stakeholders
Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
Competencies
University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business.
Expertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teams
Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics.
Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, ...) and tools (Jira or Confluence )
Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to different locations if required
Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance
Independent and proactive working method and a high-quality standard.
Flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner
