As a member of the global HRIT (Human Resources Information Technologies), the Senior HRIT Analyst, acts as single point of contact for the solutions in scope and maintain roadmap agreed with System Owner and Global Process Owner(s ) in line with target HR processes.
You need to understand impacts of HR organization process and/or HR changes on the supported HRIT modules and assess the effort to implement such changes including risk assessment, change management and implementation timelines.
As a team player, you need to collaborate with the members of your team to support as efficiently as possible the HR Community and mind of the impacts on the other modules / systems.
You need to maintain always the highest skills and competences to support the services in accordance to Global IT guidance and business needs.
This position is a senior individual contributor role within a global team and reports to the HRIT Senior Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Embrace and advocate for a global, HR functional & Business vision for the Solution.
Analyze user and functional requirements in line with the business case, provide technical analysis and assessments of systems, and provide related technical design specifications that will produce the outcomes while driving for global harmonization when possible.
Ensure current and future adequacy of the Solution within Ferring environment and practices.
Understand and identify the issues, configure (with help of external consultant if needed) solution to fix the problem.
Be responsible for business process preparation and evolution in collaboration with Global Process Owners, work with them to implement the agreed-upon process.
Study opportunities for future enhancements that would benefit the business, pro-actively communicate relevant opportunities, risks, and issues to direct manager.
Drive best practices.
Pay attention to short- and long-term opportunities around data and how the system can contribute to building stronger data set or benefit from existing data.
Define test scenarios and execute tests to reach excellence.
Perform all tasks in compliance with security and quality aspects.
Prepare and ensure consistency of functional documentation and data.
Design and deliver key-user and end-user training.
Provide key-user coaching and support (predominantly Levels 2 and 3 support).
Utilize analytical thinking and attention to detail, to improve solution, integration and reporting requirements in the global solution.
Stay informed about technology developments in order to identify new roadmap items, areas of opportunity, innovation projects and potential shared topics with other competence center colleagues.
Required Experience & Competences:
University degree in a relevant subject.
At least 5 years’ experience in HR and/or IT projects; ideally, s/he will have exposure to a Global System.
Experience in working in a global and complex environment, particularly in virtual project teams.
Able to learn, understand, and apply new concepts & HRIT solutions (especially in SaaS mode).
Experience in process, specification, test, training material design, large data volume management.
Experience in solution architecture.
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, flexible during times of change.
Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, to take decision in a significant pressure environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and very capable of building & keeping good working relation with co-workers, end users and stakeholders, understanding needs and finding solutions supporting requirements within the Global IT & HR standards available.
Proficient business English is a must; other languages are a nice to have).
Experience with Workday HCM is a nice-to-have, other HR systems (SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS, SAP,…) are acceptable too.
